This was the second project of a wide series that we have carried out for Aliaria Gestión. Result of the amalgam of two previous projects and with many hurries in between, we present a very conventional project that we were improving throughout the work, as I myself evolve as an architect and losing the fear of creating with freedom.Being an initially very conventional project, it has several achievements:- The South facade begins to express a greater degree of freedom than usual.- We managed to build our first energy rating building A- The urbanization is full of errors due to a deficient government of the work and with notable compositional successes such as the organic design with a pixelation of the central zone, the garden areas and the organic sides (of a fresh and attractive design, cut by cuts and the bad execution of it- An original garage with a minimum amount of means-An exclusive and attractive access doors to the urbanization- A building of 94 homes with 94 different homes- Economical and attractive railing design
