The project is the rehabilitation of an old hotel located in Atocha in Madrid and includes the redesigning and rethinking of existing rooms and renovating the common areas. The recreational and common areas are on the ground floor and are designed with mobile wall panels to create a single large area when required. For the future, a remodeling of the façade has been proposed.
