The use of the existing hospital is changed and transformed into a modern student´s residence. To achieve this, the annexed internal elements are demolished,  creating clean volumes. At the same time, the façade is treated  with a modern and  current design. Taking advantage of the three existing blocks, the standard modular room designs have been incorporated ¨Gold¨, ¨Silver¨ and ¨Bronze¨.
